Changes to documentation and documents are logged, and completed areas can be locked for audit purposes so that nothing can be altered after the fact.

The software also offers optional two-factor sign-in via an authenticator app, just as you know it from online banking. The web and mobile applications work server-side: client data is held centrally on servers in Germany, and the application only loads what is needed for the task at hand. If a tablet or laptop goes missing, your data stays on the server.

factoris.onesocial comes with a broad set of interfaces and export functions so that it fits into your existing IT landscape. The DATEV interface is built in; other accounting systems connect via file export (CSV). Calendars, contacts and documents are also available through CalDAV, CardDAV and WebDAV, and appointments and e-mail can sync with Microsoft 365 if you wish. That way, billing runs, reports and service records flow straight into the processes you already have.
