factoris.one can be cancelled monthly – no long-term commitment required. For annual contracts, we offer attractive tiered discounts: 5% discount per year of contract (1 year = 5%, 2 years = 10%, 3 years = 15%). After the agreed term expires, the contract automatically switches to monthly billing at the regular price – the discount then no longer applies. However, you can easily sign a new annual contract at any time and benefit from the discount again.

No, there are no hidden costs with factoris.one. All prices are transparent. Additional costs may only arise for optional services such as extended support contracts, individual training or customizations – these are always discussed and agreed upon in advance.

factoris.one is fully browser-based and designed with modern responsiveness. The software runs on all common browsers and as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS and Linux. factoris.one is also available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Yes, factoris.one offers interfaces to common systems such as DATEV, Diamant, Sage and Collmex. We also support CSV and Excel import/export as well as Word export for documents. A REST API enables further integrations on request.

Data import is conveniently done via Excel templates or CSV files. Excel, CSV and Word are also available for export. During setup, we are happy to assist you with migrating your existing data.

factoris.one is very comprehensive and covers most business processes, so additional integrations are often not necessary. However, upon request from other software providers or for special requirements, we can implement custom integrations via our REST API.

Yes, factoris.one is fully GDPR compliant. We work with an external data protection officer (DataGAP GmbH) and implement all required technical and organizational measures. These include encryption, access controls, audit logs and data processing agreements.

By default, our ticket system is available to you. In addition, we offer three extended support contracts: Bronze, Silver and Gold – with phone support, reduced response times up to 24/7 support. Important: Support staff must be named, and support does not replace training.

Yes, we offer comprehensive training: onboarding, workshops, rough and detailed concepts (detailed concepts are chargeable). Training content is customized to customer needs, can take place online or on-site, and you decide whether all employees are trained or according to the train-the-trainer principle.
